Claire’s diet and nutrition plans can be tailored to work as essential part of your overall training package or, as a stand-alone product to guide you down the aisle in that wedding dress you have been longing to fit into. Wether your dream is to take to the stage in a competitive body building competition or just shred a few extra pounds for a summer holiday – Claire’s expert knowledge in sports science and nutrition will ensure you achieve your goals with a healthy diet that is tailored around the food you enjoy – dieting and healthy eating does not need to be a bland, tasteless, time-consuming  chore.

Don’t live in London or just a little to far away from Gym Box in Victoria? Claire has you covered with her on-line training packages. Train with Claire in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Each and every member of Claire’s on-line training packages will have their very own training portal  that you can access through this website. Your portal will be filled with training videos that are unique to you and your training plan that Claire develops for you. You will also have access to Claire for live one-to-one discussions, Q&A or advice during your training. All videos are yours to keep even after your package has expired. Clare is not here as a money and run personal trainer – this site is a fitness community where we can all interact, help and inspire each other.
